TODDLERS
18 months – 3 years
Short, playful sessions with songs, simple movements, and lots of repetition and joy.
PRESCHOOL
3 – 5 years
Story-based classes, animal poses, breathing games, and beginning mindfulness.
EARLY SCHOOL AGE
5 – 8 years
Longer sessions, more poses, focus on emotional awareness and self-regulation tools.
OLDER CHILDREN
8 – 12 years
Deeper exploration of breathwork, mindfulness, and yoga philosophy through fun, relevant themes.

What age groups do your programs support?

We work with children from 18 months to 12 years old across all our programs.

Do you come to schools and daycares?

Yes. All our school and childcare programs are delivered on-site at your location across Toronto and the GTA.

How long are the sessions?

School sessions are typically 30–45 minutes. After-school classes are 45–60 minutes. Workshops and parties can be customized from 30–90 minutes.

Can programs be customized?

Absolutely. We tailor themes, length, and focus areas based on your goals, age group, and setting.
